Here's my Nicquie
Isn't she just beautiful! I adopted Nicquie in October of '00. I was shopping for Daffney at Pet Smart and I thought I would check out the kittens, (which is something I do now). Of course, the workers there sold me on her and I took her home. She was already over a year old, so it took us quite some time to create a bond. She slowly started to build a bond with Bill too. And now, after almost two years, she has become friendly with strangers too. She is just a big sweetheart now.
I love the two pictures above. There are very recent too. Since she comes to me more often, I get the chance to take more pictures.
She still likes to go out. Since she now lives in a big house, she doesn't stay out for as long as she use to. Before it use to be a week, now it's only a few hours. That's for right now though. She just recently started jumping over the fence. My only concern is a car or a dog will get her, so I watch her closely.
I know that this is a terrible picture. It was just so funny when I took it. This was the first time she came so close to the camera and when the flash went off, she kind of flipped out.
One of the best things now is how Daffney and Nicquie have created a bond.
